a. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
b. Late cancellations may result in a partial or no refund.

a. Creators are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted content used during recordings.
b. LoCoCreate retains no rights to creators' content produced on the premises.

a. All individuals on the premises must adhere to a professional and respectful demeanor.
b. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

a. Use the studio space and terrace responsibly; security cameras are in use.
b. Report any suspicious activity to studio staff immediately.
