Policies may vary depending on the rate plan, booking channel, or seasonality, and are therefore not fixed. Guests are requested to kindly refer to their confirmed booking voucher for the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

Stay Policies

• Age Policy: Guests must be aged between 18 and 45 years to stay at the property.
• Late Check-Out: A full bed price will be charged for late check-outs.
• Identification Requirement: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This is mandatory as per government regulations.
• Right to Admission: The management reserves the right to admission.
• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
• Government ID Policy: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for check-in. For foreign guests, a valid passport with a visa is required. For Indian guests, a government-approved ID (except PAN cards) is required. 
• Regulated AC Timings: AC timings in dorms may be regulated to ensure energy conservation.
• Peak Season Payments: During peak seasons and festivals, bookings are non-refundable, and full prepayment is mandatory.
• Post Check-Out Access: Guests may stay on the property after check-out until 10 PM ONLY.
• Visitor Policy: Visitors are strictly NOT permitted
• Automatic Extension: If a bed is not vacated by the check-out time, the booking will be automatically extended, and the full bed price will be charged.
• Prepayment Policy: Full prepayment is mandatory at the time of check-in.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed ONLY in private rooms.
• Room Viewing: For the privacy and comfort of all guests, only guests with confirmed bookings may see the rooms.
• Shifting/Extensions: Any bed shifts or extensions must be informed to reception in advance and are subject to availability.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking indoors is prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Hookah is strictly prohibited
• Drugs and Narcotics: Possession or use of drugs, including marijuana, as well as rolling or smoking, is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Food and Drinks in Dorms: Eating or drinking in dorms is not allowed to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of shared spaces.
• Common Area Sleeping: Guests are not permitted to sleep overnight in common areas.
• Behavior Policy: Guests exhibiting racist or socially unacceptable behavior will be required to leave the hostel immediately.
• Bed Allocation: Lower beds are subject to availability upon arrival.
• Room Rate Policy: Extensions will be charged at the current room rates, which may differ from the initial booking rates.
• Personal Belongings: The hostel is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use lockers provided.
• Group Bookings: For group bookings, all members must comply with hostel policies. Any violations may lead to cancellation of the entire group’s stay.
• Energy Conservation: Please switch off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving your room or dorm.
• Laundry Services: Self-service laundry is available; charges may apply.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only.
• Emergency Contacts: Guests must provide an emergency contact number at check-in.
• Parking Policy: Parking is subject to availability and at the guest’s own risk.
• Internet Use: Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Illegal activities or excessive downloading are prohibited.
• Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay.
• Event Participation: Guests may participate in events organized by the hostel but must adhere to event-specific guidelines.
• Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Additional Policies: Further policies applicable to your stay can be found at the reception desk upon check-in.
• Certain Policies might defer from property to property (Like Locomo Boutique, Goa)
